How a 17-Second *Morning Routine* Helped Me Reclaim My Body...

Now My “Golden Years” Actually Feel Golden…

The day of my 65th birthday will always be remembered as one of the most challenging days of my life. 

It was the day my then-husband and I had a massive argument that eventually led to our separation.

 During the altercation, he criticized me for being lethargic, overweight, and unenthusiastic, claiming that I was responsible for ruining his "Golden Years." 

At first, I didn't respond well to his remarks., but as I sat alone in my new apartment, I began to see things from a different perspective. 

I realized that my husband may have been right!

I was no longer the energetic, happy woman he married, and I barely recognized myself anymore.

Determined to take control of my life, I booked an appointment with my doctor and made a personal commitment to myself.

I was going to turn my life around. Despite feeling discouraged, I knew that I still had my daughter and grandchildren to consider, and I wanted to set a positive example for them.

The only issue was...

I Tried Everything and Nothing Worked…

I diligently followed the instructions my doctor gave me for a new diet, but unfortunately, no progress was made. 

Determined to achieve my desired results, I joined a local gym catering to "active adults," only to find myself feeling sore, sweaty, and exhausted, without any improvement in my numbers.

 I then attempted various forms of exercise, such as yoga, running, and spin classes, but to no avail. 

My personal trainer suggested that "abs are made in the kitchen," so I decided to place more emphasis on my diet. I experimented with Mediterranean, ketogenic, low-carb, and intermittent fasting diets, but none of them worked, and I ended up feeling even more irritable and lethargic!

I attempted to combine various diets, but this also proved to be ineffective.

 Ultimately, I wasted a significant amount of money and time, and it seemed like there was no solution to my problem.

I wondered if there was anybody or anything that could assist me in my journey.

I Was Getting Desperate…and I Was Ready to Try ANYTHING…

I had a strange experience at my favorite restaurant that seemed like a sign from heaven. 

After the divorce, I reconnected with my old friend, Maryann, who I hadn't seen in months, so we decided to meet up at the restaurant.

I was waiting for her at my table

She walked up and grinned. "Diane!"

I angled my head, squinted my eyes... "Yes?"

She giggled. "Don't you recognize me?

 It's Maryann!”

My jaw flew open!!

She was stunning—like she had stepped out of a picture shoot—in a tight red dress and stiletto shoes.

She resembled Maryann from my memory but in a more attractive, slimmer way.⁣⁣⁣⁣

I really HAD to learn what she did.

I was overwhelmed at that moment and

I broke down in tears while recapping my recent divorce, she was gracious enough to calm me down.
